Help young children develop a solid foundation for basic numeracy and literacy.
Teaching is one of those skills that really make a difference to lives. By taking part in voluntary teaching programmes overseas you are able to fundamentally impact the future of children in developing countries all over the world.
Key aspects of your role teaching children will involve working with shapes, space and measures as well as games/activities that will help children learn English and improve how they work with numbers. Volunteers need endeavour to be committed and enthusiastic at all times and always be conscious of how impressionable young minds are.
